About the studio
Scanderbeg Sauer is a studio for industrial photography and corporate photography near Zurich, run by Andreana Scanderbeg and Alexander Sauer. Alexander is responsible for photography, CGI, video and postproduction, Andreana for consulting, production direction and full project management. One studio, from the first brief to final delivery. We work out with you what a project needs. More than twenty years of experience make our estimates realistic, and we keep to what we agree. That is why budgets and schedules hold too.
We produce industrial photography, corporate photography, CGI and video for companies and agencies across Switzerland, Germany and internationally. Projects range from single-day shoots to multi-week international productions: annual reports, employer branding, factory and facility documentation, product and portrait work. Some clients hand the entire production over to us, others have an in-house team and book us for the visual work alone. We plan permits, safety briefings and the schedule with you in advance, including in Ex zones and restricted areas. Video can be part of the same production as the photography, with one team and one visual language.
Working since 2005, we have photographed in industrial facilities, research environments, corporate headquarters and remote locations worldwide. The scope changes. The way we work does not. What matters to us is that you feel understood before the first frame, and that the images still hold up years later.
Selected clients, past and present: ABB, Allianz, B. Braun, BMW, Boesch Boats, Clariant, Datwyler, ETH Zurich, MINI, UBS and Zurich Insurance Group. Editorial work has appeared in Bloomberg Markets Magazine, Fortune, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, The Wall Street Journal and Wired UK.
