Ambrian Energy, Bremen, Germany

The project was commissioned by Syndicate Design, which developed the new corporate visual identity. The client, Ambrian Energy, is an international energy company that procures, processes and distributes innovative, sustainable and high-quality fuels. This project included a unique focus on Industrial Portraits to highlight the people behind the company.

The assignment followed three objectives building a scalable visual content library with a strong focus on corporate portrait photography. The production took place on site in Bremen and Hamburg. We documented employees across real work situations and embedding the brand message within active industrial environments. This creates a direct connection between people processes and infrastructure and establishes a consistent visual language across all touchpoints.

Two challenges defined the production. The first was creating controlled portrait situations within active industrial environments without interrupting operations or compromising safety protocols. The second was achieving a consistent and precise visual language across a large number of subjects and situations while working under time constraints.

The solution was a structured photography and production approach with clear direction on site and a defined visual system applied across all portraits and work situations. The result is a cohesive and scalable people driven image library aligned with corporate communication and industrial branding requirements.
